BIRN 2008 AHM Draft Schedule: FYI. BIRN is posting this early schedule for the 2008 All Hands Meeting so potential participants can get a sense of the topics that are likely to be covered. The schedule will evolve as BIRN receives feedback from the community. Please send your suggestions and questions
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
A block of hotel rooms are being held at the Sheraton La Jolla, 3299 Holiday Court, La Jolla, CA at the BIRN group rate of $159/night. Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Friday, September 19, 2008 to receive the BIRN group rate. Thereafter, reservations will be taken on a space and rate availability basis. This rate is also available two days prior to the meeting event and two days after.
Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at (858) 453-5500 or by calling Sheraton reservations at (800) 325-3535. Travelers will need to reference BIRN All Hands Meeting to receive the group rate. Travelers can check in starting at 3:00 PM.
