Rack Availability

• Racks are scheduled to be available 7 x 24
• Each month we will compute the total available hours (Total Hours)
• We will deduct from the total hours available any scheduled down time for maintenance, backups, upgrades, etc. (Scheduled Down Time)
• Available Hours = Total Hours – Scheduled Down Time
• Any other outage is unplanned and we deduct this from the remaining available hours (Unplanned Outages)
• Percent Available = (Available Hours – Unplanned Outages)/Available Hours * 100
